You can define whether technicians can accept or reject service request appointments in the mobile app.
To allow accepting or rejecting service request appointments
In the Service Request Type dialog box, click the Mobile Settings tab, click Yes next to the Appointment acceptance is required option, and then click OK.
Now, when you tap the ‘Appointments’ action you will see the ‘Accept’ button and the ‘Reject’ button on the ‘Appointments’ screen.
To prevent accepting or rejecting service request appointments
In the Service Request Type dialog box, click the Mobile Settings tab, click No next to the Appointment acceptance is required option, and then click OK.
Now, when you tap the ‘Appointments’ action you will not see the ‘Accept’ button and the ‘Reject’ button on the ‘Appointments’ screen.
