You can enable the ‘Check-In’ option that registers the time when you start working on a service request.
In the Service Request Type dialog box, select the Show Check-In checkbox, and then click OK.
When you tap a service request of this type, you will see the ‘Check-In’ action. If you tap the ‘Check-In’ action, the check-in time will be logged. When you tap a checked-in service request, you will see the ‘Undo Check-In’ action. If you tap the ‘Undo Check-In’ action, the check-in time will be reset.
