You can assign a specific client type to a service request type if you want this service request type to be available for retail or wholesale customers only.
In the Service Request Type dialog box, select either Wholesale Only or Retail Only option in the Client Type box, and then click OK.
Note You can see what client type is selected for each service request type in the ‘Client Type’ column on the ‘Service Request Types’ page.
When you create a service request for a wholesale customer, service request types with ‘All’ and ‘Wholesale Only’ client types are available on the ‘SR Types’ screen.
When you create a service request for a retail customer, service request types with ‘All’ and ‘Retail Only’ client types are available on the ‘SR Types’ screen.
