When you create an inspection or a work order from a service request, the price of copied services depends on the 'Price Transition' setting of service request type.

  • Use Service Request Price means that the price of services copied to inspections or work orders will be the same as in the service request.

  • Use Inspection/Work Order Price means that the price of services copied to inspections or work orders will be the same as in the service package assigned to their inspection type or work order type.

For example, the price of the Labor Rate service is $50.00 USD in the service request and $60.00 USD in the service package, so the price of the Labor Rate service in inspection created from service request will depend on the 'Price Transition' setting of service request type ($50.00 USD if the 'Use Service Request Price' option is selected, or $60.00 USD if the 'Use Inspection/Work Order Price' option is selected).
