You can add new status reasons to service request appointments, edit existing status reasons, and delete status reasons that you no longer need.
On the Company tab, click Service Request Types, and then click Appointment Status Reasons on the toolbar.
To add an appointment status reason
On the Appointment Status Reasons page, click Add on the toolbar.
In the Appointment Status Reason dialog box, select the appropriate status in the Status box, type the name of the reason in the Status Reason box, and then click OK.
To edit an appointment status reason
On the Appointment Status Reasons page, click Edit next to the status reason that you want to change.
In the Appointment Status Reason dialog box, make the appropriate changes, and then click OK.
To delete an appointment status reason
On the Appointment Status Reasons page, click Delete next to the status reason that you want to remove.
Click OK in the confirmation message.
When technicians decline service request appointments in the mobile app they can specify the appropriate reason.
