When you add service request appointments in the Back Office application…
...or in the mobile app…
...you can see them in the Scheduler view on the Service Requests page.
Tip Do not forget to specify a subject when creating appointments otherwise they will be hard to distinguish on the calendar.
By default, the Scheduler view shows business hours based on Scheduler Settings, so if you want to see more hours you can click the Show 24 hours link in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
On the left side of the toolbar, there are several options to scale the Scheduler view.
Day mode shows appointments for a particular date
Week mode shows appointments for five working days
Month mode shows appointments for working days of a particular month
Timeline mode shows appointments for three consequent dates
If you want to see appointments assigned to particular technicians you can set the appropriate filter.
On the right side of the toolbar there are several options to navigate the Scheduler view.
Left arrow shows the previous time period depending on the selected mode (ex.: if the Day mode is on you will see appointments for the previous day, if the Week mode is on you will see appointments for the previous week)
Right arrow shows the next time period depending on the selected mode (ex.: if the Month mode is on you will see appointments for the next month, if the Timeline mode is on you will see appointments for the next three days)
Today option shows a time period that includes the current date depending on the selected mode (ex.: if the Day mode is on you will see appointments for the current date, if the Week mode is on you will see appointments for the current week)
Down arrow allows selecting a particular date to show appointments for a time period that includes this date depending on the selected mode (ex.: if the Month mode is on you will see appointments for the month that includes selected date, if the Timeline mode is on you will see appointments for three days including the selected date).
You can add a service request right from the Scheduler view.
