You can specify a threshold amount that defines whether inspections are approved automatically or require approval.
On the Company tab, click Inspection Types, and then on the Inspection Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate inspection type.
In the Inspection Type dialog box, in the Approval Settings section, select the Approval Required check box, enter the appropriate amount in the Approval Threshold box, and then click OK.
Ask your team to update the main database on their mobile devices.
Now if inspection amount is equal to or greater than the threshold value, the inspection will require approval...
…while if inspection amount is less than the threshold value, inspection will be approved automatically.
