When technicians add this service to an inspection or a work order, they can answer the questions included in the assigned section.

A question form is a kind of container for your question sections. 

You can assign one or multiple question forms to a service request type, inspection type, work order type, or invoice type. 

When technicians create a service request, inspection, work order, or invoice of this type, they can answer the questions included in sections assigned to question forms.
