Generic Services

A generic service is a service with a generalized name that you can clarify when adding this service to inspections and work orders. One generic service can replace multiple services of the same kind and help you avoid a long list of typical services.

For example, if your service list includes such services as “R&I Bumper”, “R&I Wheel”, “R&I Hood”, etc., you can replace them by creating just one generic service “R&I”. When you add this generic service to inspections and work orders, it can be automatically renamed based on your clarification, that is typing a clarification text or selecting a vehicle part.

Repair Problems Reporting

If you face any problems during the repair process either on phase level or service level, you can report them so that the work cannot be continued until the problems are resolved.
