Technician auto-assignment to started phases or services
You can turn on the Auto-Assign Tech from Start phase setting in the Back Office application so that when a technician starts a phase or service in the mobile app, this technician will be automatically assigned to this phase or service.
Select a part for conventional repair
When you use conventional repair pricing information for a price matrix panel you can specify a particular part for the part service included in the conventional repair bundle.
Note You can select only one service part per panel.
Improvement in parts & labor bundle
When you remove the last labor service from the parts & labor bundle, you get the message that prompts you to remove it together with the linked part service.
