Monitor repair orders

We have added the Monitor option to the Home screen, so now you can track the completion of repair orders from location to location, phase to phase, and service to service.

Required Subscription: ReconMonitor

You can search, edit, start, complete, check in or check out repair orders, as well as change their status and technician, manage parts, and add notes.

View service request printout

You can generate service request print preview, and then use available sharing options on your device to print, send, or save service request as a PDF file.

Question forms for work orders

You can assign question forms to work order types, and then answer the questions on the Questions screen when creating or editing work orders.

Question section for inspection services

You can assign a question section to a service, and then answer the questions after adding this service to an inspection.

Access linked inspections, work orders, and invoices from service requests 

If any inspections, work orders, or invoices were created from a service request, you can access them by tapping the appropriate buttons. 

Auto-selecting required client services

If a client service is marked as required in the Back Office application, this service is automatically added to inspections or work orders created for this client in the mobile app.

Enhancement for the Vehicle view in price matrix services

You can now change the default car type denoted by VIN in the Vehicle view of a price matrix service.

Prompting users to save changes in price matrix panel details

When you make any changes to the price matrix panel in the Vehicle view and then tap Back, you are prompted to save the changes. 

Showing part categorization for selected part services

After adding a part service to an inspection or a work order, you can see its subcategory, part name, and position below the part service name in the list of selected services.

The MOTOR Labor Times screen has been redesigned

We have changed the layout of the MOTOR Labor Times screen to make it easy for you to select the appropriate labor time.
