We have added the Service Requests option to the Home screen, so now you can manage service requests created in the Back Office application.

Required Subscription: New Service Requests

You can use the Search box to find service requests by their number, customer name, or VIN.

You can also apply named filters to show service requests that you want.

You can create a new inspection or a new work order from an existing service request and avoid entering the same vehicle details, services, and other information again and again. 

Note After creating inspections and work orders, the appropriate icons appear below service requests.

You can add a part service while adding an available labor service to inspections and work orders.
