Create a new department within a repair location

You can make a list of departments and assign them to phases so that when a repair order moves from one phase to another, it also automatically moves from one department to another.

  • On the Monitor tab, click Repair Locations, and then on the Repair Locations page, click the Departments link in the Departments column next to the appropriate repair location. 

  • On the Departments page, click Add on the toolbar.

  • In the Department dialog box, enter the appropriate settings, and then click OK.
