Configure part services assigned to question answers

You can select a category, subcategory, and part name for a part service assigned to a question answer so that when technicians select this answer on the Questions screen in mobile app, this part service will be automatically added with the preselected part.

Enhancements in the Order Flag Changed event

We have added the OrderFlagColor condition to the Order Flag Changed event, so now you can create alerts that notify users when repair order flag of a particular color has been set.

Note You can enter only the following colors as condition parameters: White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple.

We have also added the OrderFlagColor tag to the Order section of message templates, so now you can configure showing the color of the repair order flag in messages.
