You can assign question forms to an inspection type, so that when you create an inspection of the given type, the appropriate questions will be shown on the Questions screen in mobile app.
On the Company tab, click Inspection Types, and then on the Inspection Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate inspection type.
In the Inspection Type dialog box, click the Question Forms tab, and then move the appropriate question form from the Available Question Forms box to the Active Question Forms box, and click OK.
Ask your team to update the main database on their mobile devices.
