Tax

Percentage services with a positive rate and selected “Is Tax” check box. The amount of tax services is calculated from the amount of main services with surcharges and discounts (if any), and then added to the total amount.

Team Administrator

User’s role that provides access to settings, operational and reporting data limited by user’s team scope.

Team Work Managers

User’s role that provides access to operational and reporting data of user’s teams only.

Technician

  • Company worker that can log in to the mobile app on device to manage service requests, inspections, work orders, invoices, etc. In the Back Office application "technicians" are called "employees". See also: employee

  • User’s role that provides access to repair orders and reporting data of the team to which user’s employee account is assigned to. The Technician role is available, if Back Office application is subscribed to the TechnicianUsers feature.
