Clients
Businesses or individuals whose vehicles are serviced by your company. When you create an inspection or a work order in mobile app, you must select a client. In the Back Office application, you can create accounts for both wholesale and retail clients. In the mobile app, you can create retail clients only. In the mobile app "clients" are called "customers". See also: customer, retail client, wholesale client
Client Inspector
Client user’s role that lets client users approve or decline client’s inspections.
Client Monitor Manager
Client user’s role that lets client users work with Monitor and its dashboards, some operational and reporting data. Client users with the Client Monitor Manager role can change the status of repair orders.
Client User
Member of client’s staff that can log in to the Back Office application to work with client’s service requests, inspections, work orders, repair orders, invoices, reports, etc.
Closed repair order
Repair order in the Closed status. This status means that no more work must be done for the given repair order. You cannot edit repair orders in the Closed status. When you close a repair order it automatically moves to the Completed phase. Closed repair orders should not be confused with completed repair orders because you can close a repair order which has not been completed yet. See also: completed repair order
Completed repair order
Repair order in the Completed phase. This phase is created automatically for each repair location and cannot be deleted. The Completed phase is the last phase to which repair order moves after all previous phases have been either finished or skipped. Completed repair order should not be confused with closed repair orders because repair orders can be completed but not closed. See also: closed repair order
