User’s role that provides access to all operational (service requests, inspections, work orders, and invoices) and reporting data (reports and time sheets), but only to some settings.

Administrator

User’s role that provides access to all settings (clients, employees, teams, areas, services, devices, types, etc.), all operational (service requests, inspections, work orders, and invoices) and reporting data (reports and time sheets).

Area

Geographic territory on which your company teams or vendor teams perform services for your company clients.

Area Administrator

User’s role that provides access to settings, operational and reporting data limited by user’s area scope.

Area Manager

User’s role that provides access to data limited by user’s area scope. For example, area managers have access to inspections, work orders, and invoices of teams assigned to their area only.

Area Work Manager

User’s role that provides access to operational and reporting data within the scope of user’s area.
