Add categorized parts services to inspections and work orders

You can categorize parts services in the Back Office, and then add parts services to inspections and work orders in mobile app based on their categorization.

Tip Learn how to configure parts services.

If a part service is not categorized in the Back Office, you need to select the appropriate category, subcategory, part, and position in mobile app.

If a parts service is partially categorized in the Back Office, you don’t need to select a category, or both a category and a subcategory in mobile app; you need to select the part name and position only.

If a parts service is categorized, you need to select the part position only.

Archive multiple inspections

You can hide multiple inspections that are no longer needed. 

Save invoices as draft and edit draft invoices

You can save invoices in the Draft status for further editing. 

Important! The appropriate setting must be turned on in the Back Office.

To save an invoice as draft

  • Tap Draft in the Save as message.

To edit a draft invoice

  • Tap an invoice in the Draft status, and then tap Edit.

  • On the Info screen, make the appropriate changes, and then tap Save.

Switch between available and selected services

We have added the Available button and the Selected button to the footer of the Services screen so that you can easily switch between available and selected services.

Note You can see the number of selected services on the Selected button.

When you tap the Select icon (empty circle) next to services with the Money, Percentage, or Labor price types, they automatically appear in the list of selected services. 

When you tap a service with the Parts price type, you need to browse through the parts catalog, and if needed, select the appropriate category, subcategory, part name and position, and then save the service, so that it can appear in the list of selected services.

When you tap a service with the Price Matrix price type, you need to select the appropriate panels, specify size and severity of damages, if needed, select additional services, and then save the service, so that it can appear in the list of selected services.

You can tap the Delete icon next to the appropriate services to remove them from the list of selected services.

You can tap the selected service to expand and collapse its details.

Add parts services to price matrix panels

Parts services assigned to price matrix panels are now shown in the list of additional services, so you can add necessary parts after selecting damage size and severity. 

Showing parts service details on the View screen

You can see category and subcategory of parts services on the View screen of inspections and invoices.

Select multiple lines of business during device registration

When registering device, you can now select several lines of business if you provide a variety of services to your customers, so that services from all selected business lines can be available for you. 

Selecting a country on the Countries screen has been improved

Selecting a country on the Countries screen is now much easier because the whole field is clickable, not only the country name as it was before. 

Zoom icon on the Vehicle view of price matrix service has been changed

We have changed the Zoom icon on the Vehicle view of price matrix service to a more appropriate one.
