Repair 360 Back Office Blank Screen

Back Office has a blank screen for Monitor or Repair360

If you go to a repair360 page and gets stuck on a blank screen, a hard refresh is likely needed. Please try the following steps.

For the most common browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox, the shortcuts are:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R.

  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R.

Windows & Linux Browsers

  • Chrome & Edge: Ctrl + F5 OR Ctrl + Shift + R. (Alternatively, hold Ctrl and click the Refresh/Reload icon at the top of the screen).

  • Firefox: Ctrl + F5 OR Ctrl + Shift + R. (Alternatively, hold Shift and click the Refresh icon).

macOS Browsers

  • Chrome, Firefox & Edge: Cmd + Shift + R. (Alternatively, hold Shift and click the Refresh icon).

  • Safari: There is no single universal keyboard shortcut. Instead, hold down Option + Cmd + E to empty the cache, then hold Shift and click the Reload icon in the toolbar.
