If you have exported invoices from ReconPro to QuickBooks, and then you have made some changes to these invoices in ReconPro (for example, you have changed customer's name), you can use ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter to update invoices exported to QuickBooks.
To update invoices exported to QuickBooks
Make changes in the appropriate invoices and change their status from Exported to Approved.
Start ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter, click Settings, select the Override Existing Invoices checkbox, and then click Export.
Note The Override Existing Invoices check box remains selected only until the ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter is open. When you start the ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter next time, the Override Existing Invoices check box will not be selected.
