You can send inspections attached to email or fax messages.

To send an inspection by email or fax in a message generated from email template
On the Operations tab, click Inspections, and then on the Inspections page, in the Action column, point to the Select button, and then click Send Email.
To send inspection by email, enter the appropriate email addresses in the Recipients box, and then click Send.
To send inspection by fax, enter the appropriate email addresses (in a specific format for sending for sending emails by fax) in the Recipients box, and then click Send.

To send an inspection by email in a custom message
On the Operations tab, click Inspections, and then on the Inspections page, in the Action column, point to the Select button, and then click Send Custom Email.
On the Email Message page, enter the following email message settings, and click OK.
To lets enter recipient's’ email address
Subject lets enter email subject
Message lets enter email body
Include Inspection (PDF) automatically attaches inspection printout in PDF format to email message
Include EMS for [Program] automatically adds an EMS link to email message. Recipient can click this link to download EMS data for selected program.
Photos automatically attaches inspection photos to email message. In ZIP attaches these photos in a ZIP folder.
