Automated Client-to-Vehicle Syncing
Manually linking clients to service requests is a thing of the past. We’ve closed the loop on vehicle intake to ensure your reporting is always accurate without the extra admin work.
Zero-Touch Service Requests: Whether you add a vehicle manually or it flows in via DealerTrack, the system now automatically assigns the correct client to the service request. No more "unassigned" orders or manual data entry.
Seamless DealerTrack Integration: You can now link specific dealers to wholesale clients. When a new vehicle arrives through the integration, the service request inherits the client details instantly.
Cleaner Reporting & Tracking: By eliminating manual assignments, you remove the risk of human error. Your service history and financial reports stay organized and accurate from the moment a vehicle enters your inventory.
Real-Time Status Confirmation (Toast Notifications)
Never wonder if your click "took" again. We’ve added intuitive, real-time "toast" messages to the Repair Order list.
Instant Visual Confirmation: Whether you are skipping a phase, completing a task, or closing out an entire Repair Order, you'll receive an immediate on-screen confirmation.
Reduced Double-Handling: These quick alerts provide peace of mind that your changes were saved, preventing accidental double-clicks and keeping your workflow moving at top speed.
Assigning a client to a vehicle inventory
When a vehicle was added to an inventory without owner and consignor either by users or by the DealerTrack integration, and then a service request was created automatically based on service contract settings, no client was assigned to the service request, so users had to do that manually, which increased admin time and errors and created confusion in tracking and reporting.
With the new improvement, clients can be automatically assigned to service requests created from service contracts when new vehicles are added to inventory so that you don’t have to do it manually.
1. If you use DealerTrack Integration...
...When a new DealerTrack dealer is added, it can be linked to a wholesale client, and this client will be automatically preselected for a vehicle inventory created by the integration for this dealer, so when a new vehicle is added to this vehicle inventory, the service request will automatically inherit this client.
2. Whether you use DealerTrack Integration or not...
...If a client was selected for a vehicle inventory (either manually by users or automatically by the DealerTrack integration), when users manually add a new vehicle to this vehicle inventory, the service request will be automatically created for this client.
Showing toast messages on repair order list
Now when you make a change to the current phase, such as skipping, completing, checking in, or closing the entire repair order, you can see the appropriate toast message.
