Smart Invoice Prevention: We’ve added a safeguard to prevent invoice creation in case of price discrepancy. This ensures your financial data remains clean and prevents costly billing errors.
Integrated Vendor Chat (RoDx): You can now chat directly with your RoDx vendors inside the platform, keeping all project communication in one centralized, searchable location.
Prevent invoice creation (RoDx Integration)
Sometimes, a client (job supplier company) can change the price of services that were already sent via Repair Exchange and accepted by a vendor (repairer company), so the vendor may not know that the client has changed the price and may create an invoice with the old price that will not match the client’s records.
Now the system will check the price on the client side when the vendor creates an invoice on their side, and if the price does not match, the system will block creating the invoice and show the warning message.

We have added the ability to invite RoDx vendors to chat, as well as you can now take part in chats created on the vendor side.
