CCC & adasThink Integration
ADAS companies that use Repair360 provide calibration services to body shops and collision repairers that use CCC ONE to manage estimates. We implemented a new integration with CCC ONE and adasThink which automatically creates service requests for ADAS companies from CCC ONE estimates of their clients:
CCC ONE user saves, locks, or manually shares an estimate
Repair360 receives this estimate from CCC ONE and sends it to adasThink
adasThink generates a vehicle report and sends it to Repair360
Repair360 creates a new service request with ADAS info
We converted the ‘adasThink Settings’ view into a page and added the ‘Clients’ tab where users can map their customers to CCC IDs, so that when these customers create estimates in CCC ONE, users can see new service requests automatically created for these customers in Repair360.
