Manage and bundle invoice documents
We added a new view where you can see invoice documents, send them by email, download them as PDF files, and even bundle multiple documents into one.
You can open the ‘Documents’ view from the invoice list and invoice details.
On the ‘Documents’ view, you can:
Show and hide repair order documents
Download repair order documents as PDF files
Add new documents to invoice
Edit and delete each invoice document, as well as download it as PDF file (note that an Excel file cannot be downloaded as PDF file)
Select multiple documents for bulk actions
Send selected documents by email
Download selected documents as PDF files at once
Bundle selected documents into a single PDF file
On the ‘Documents Bundle’ view, you can:
Upload a cover page for your documents bundle
Reorder documents within the bundle
Generate the documents bundle
On the ‘Documents’ view, you can:
Download the documents bundle
Send the documents bundle by email
Copy the documents bundle link to clipboard
Note You can see the information about invoice documents and documents bundles (including links to bundles) in the invoice audit log.
Tip You can allow users with custom roles to bundle invoice documents.
ADAS Information in Work Orders
You can now view ADAS information in invoiced work orders related to service requests created from adasThink vehicle reports.
Click the ‘ADAS Report’ item in work order menu to open the view with equipped features and required operations
Click the ‘Report PDF’ button to generate the ADAS Report document
Click the ‘ADAS Report’ action for a calibration service to view required operation details and instructions
