When a repair order associated with an inventory vehicle created by DealerTrack Integration gets closed, we send repair order data to DealerTrack (to create repair order there) and show the appropriate record in the ‘Dealer Feed Integration Status’ report.

Note This part of integration requires a proper setup of services, service packages, service request types and work order types, as well as mapping of services, employees, and users.
