Auto-populate the price of services created via adasThink integration

We have added the ability to map prices to specific ADAS operations, so that when the adasThink integration creates services from the vehicle report, their price will be populated automatically based on mappings.

Note There is no need to map price to the full name of required operation, a partial name is enough. For better accuracy, you can map prices to a combination of a category and required operation, for example, $100 price to the ‘post scan' search term in the ‘Safety’ category.
